Career change. And with it, a learning curve. So how do you handle it? That is the question which will probably determine the outcome of your new direction. You can view it two ways….1. A stumbling block or, 2. Stepping Stones. The choice is yours.
If you choose stepping stones, don’t be surprised if some level of frustration rears it’s ugly head. It’s to be expected. Plow through and persevere. Don’t let someone tell you you’re too old, you can’t do it, blah, blah blah.
